**Senior Provider Maintenance Administrator**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our existing Provider Maintenance team. As a Senior Provider Maintenance Administrator, you will arrange and maintain provider agencies and online system access with the various provider portals for all members of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that provider information is maintained and kept up to date on Xplan and that information on provider platforms is reflected accurately against current information on our systems.
You will work closely with the Provider Maintenance Supervisor to co-ordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities and workflow within the Provider Maintenance team, ensuring that internal procedures are met.
**Key Responsibilities as our Senior Provider Maintenance Administrator will include**:
- Activating and maintaining online access for staff, clients and advisers ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Ensuring security protocols are met and revoking access when necessary.
- Maintaining internal records of all provider online access and all provider agency codes.
- Performing client reallocations with all providers to ensure client/adviser allocations are accurate and up to date.
- Assisting Business Systems Support in maintaining unipass and provider credentials to ensure data feeds run smoothly.
- Liaising with other Departments as necessary when dealing with new Product Provider Terms of Business and establishment of online access.
- Maintaining of all provider contact details held in Xplan.
- Assisting with any data cleansing projects relating to provider platforms and/or policies and data feeds on Xplan.
- Dealing with any incoming queries, including validation, classification and reviewing
- Providing training and guidance to members of the team and to ensure any training requirements are identified and fed back to the departmental supervisor/employee.
- Assisting to oversee online access for the firm ensuring compliant with GDPR.
- To ensure procedures are followed via internal staff and that any exceptions are identified, rectified and escalated to the Supervisor.
- To assist in data cleansing projects to increase accuracy of database information.
- To assist in quality audits when requested by Supervisory/Manager to ensure consistency of service standards and procedures.
- Supporting and covering the supervisor/manager when required (annual leave etc.)
- Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
