Receptionist for Lambert Medical Practice

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist to join our team at Lambert Medical Practice. As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clinic, providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure a positive clinic experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
- Collect and update patient information accurately in the clinic's database
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Handle patient billing and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - proficiency in a second language is a bonus
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the clinic
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet the demands of a growing clinic

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
