Voo Vets is a family business that believes best pet healthcare is achieved by combining general, specialist and emergency care. There are 6 branch sites equipped with the best facilities across London and Surrey and a central 24-hour veterinary hospitallocated in Surbiton, Surrey.

A positive client experience is key to our success and you will be responsible for ensuring this from the outset as well asestablishing and maintaining client relationships. Strong client bonds are at the heart of what we do.

Salary will depend on previous experience and would range between £20,000-£27,000.?

As a Referrals Receptionist you would be responsible for:

- Point of contact for clients for the referral function, hospital and surgical cases
- Client compliance management.
- Client facing for payments, bookings, queries and admissions for procedures.
- Complaint handling and resolution.
- Maintaining and reviewing error and complaint logs with the team and senior managers.
- Managing medication and shop/food orders.?
- Support and training of client care advisors.
- Administration function for consent, insurance and debt management.
- Liaising with veterinary surgeons to ensure client needs are met.
- Diary management for the referral function
- Management of client accounts

Does this sound like you?
- 2+ years of experience in a general customer facing role with proven success at client relationship building or sales.
- Excellent communication with particular reference to negotiation, persuasion/sales and written skills.
- Positive attitude with a confident and empathetic approach.
- Confident IT skills
- Ability to flourish in a busy environment, multi-tasking and maintaining organisation.
- Enjoys working with and helping people with a pro-active, can-do attitude.?
