Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. **Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English; other language skills are highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and proper phone handling techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet

The desired working hours would be;
36.5 hours a week.

Mon - 10:00 - 18:00

Tue - 11:30 - 18:00

Wed - 10:00 - 18:00

Thu - 11:30 - 18:00

Fri - 11:30 - 18:00

**Salary**: £16,322.00-£21,713.00 per year
