We are seeking an energetic and experience person with proven record in catering.

Marshland Hall and Tea Room is a Community Centre hosting a vibrant Tea Room serving breakfast and lunhes. Catering for events and Farmers Markets.

The position calls for a multi skilled person willing to fully engage in the Community, cooking freshly prepared dishes using fresh produces, locally sourced where possible.

Reporting to the Trustees the Tea Room Supervision will be expected to order and cost manage all prduce, stock levels, palnning promotions along side other dulies. Maintaining our reputation for providing a great customer experience..

- Coordinate and oversee the production process in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of meals according to customer orders
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
meal preparation and cooking, ordering and stock levels. Developing new menus with regard to profit and customer taste
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Previous experience as a production coordinator, cook, or in a similar role within the culinary or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and culinary best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
