**Main Responsibilities of the Head of AV**
- Be the first point of contact for all clients when it comes to AV / TV
- Develop and spearhead the AV/TV strategy
- Secure new business for the agency, working with other internal teams to grow organically
- Negotiate and manage deals to align with the wider media investment strategy
- Responsibility for team recruitment, training and performance
- Keep up to date with the latest systems and tools to help buy, optimise, and plan AV media efficiently

**Skills and Experiences of the Head of AV**
- Proven experience managing AV campaigns across various sectors and budgets (7+ years)
- Concise understanding of, and passion for, media and digital marketing
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with emphasis placed on networking both internally and externally
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consistent delivery on business orientated results including KPIs and audits
- Comprehension of sound business strategies with an extensive understanding of the business sphere outside channel specialism
- Prior relationships with AV / TV suppliers
- Experience in a management position, developing and nurturing team skills
