Persimmon Homes Anglia has a vacancy for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their successful, close-knit team. This role will be based in a Sales & Marketing suite within the Norwich Area.

**Qualifications/Experience**

As a Sales Advisor on one of our housing projects you are our company ambassador for all customers. You will report to the Field Sales Manager and Sales Director. They will support and develop you in the way Persimmon operates, enabling you to work within our sales process and deliver for the region year after year. They will give you clear objectives. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your style and organised with a consistent approach to customer care.

**Skills**

We require someone who has sound experience in new homes sales. Excellent organisational skills and an appreciation of the whole sales process. Professionals who can operate alone on site and who can work between 11am and 6pm Thursday to Monday. It’s preferred that you have previously worked for a developer, although we will consider advisors who have come from an estate agency background. You will need to be enthusiastic and be a natural people person who is able to connect with our customers and understand their needs before matching them to their new home. You will have clear targets to meet so self-motivated is key as well as being driven to meet expectations with a passion for customer service. The opportunity to be enrolled into our Sales Excellence scheme where we partnered with the Association of Professional Sales (APS) to offer our Sales Advisors the opportunity to become professionally accredited.
