We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our lively and supportive team in Darwen

**Key Responsibilities**

You’ll:

- Ensure all customer requirements are met to agreed standards and within agreed timeframes
- Provide customers with regular reporting on progress, next steps and outcomes
- Process new and existing contracts
- Listen to and seek customer feedback - looking for ways to continuously improve our processes, procedures and service delivery
- Represent and protect our strong Energy Assets brand name.

**Vacancy Requirements**

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced customer facing role. This could be from a similar office environment, or, it could be experience from retail, hospitality or wider industries.

You’ll be organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to take a flexible approach to prioritising tasks and objectives.

You’ll be a people person, with excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Salary**: £22,538.00-£24,300.00 per year
