We are looking for a Customer Liaison Advisor based in our depots to be part of a dedicated team that works together to provide excellent customer service. You will be a key part of the Tuffnells team and play a huge part in our growth and success. This role is about more than just customer service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.

This role is working 37.5 hours per week, **Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00**

As a Customer Liaison Advisor, you will manage and handle customer queries that are directed to you from the customer experience centres as alerts, you will resolve these in a timely manner and respond to the customer directly. You will also work closely with the depot teams to resolve any issues.

**You will need to**
- Ideally have some previous experience in customer service
- Be motivated and passionate and have a strong track record of delivering great customer service
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to work as a team to help Tuffnells succeed
- Demonstrate excellent communication both verbally and written
- Have the ability to build effective customer relationships to strengthen connections and understand requirements to support retention
- Ideally have a Supply chain and logistics background
