Our client are seeking an experienced Graduate Programme Manager. You will be responsible for the attraction, selection, programme management and development of tour clients Graduate Programme through to progression into full-time roles. Working in collaborationwith the Enterprise Architecture & Data teams, managing and executing the end to end Graduate Programme. Key responsibilities: ? Deliver a proactive, inclusive, best in class and efficient marketing and attraction campaign for their graduate programmes ? Review, design and deliver the end to end assessment and selection process. ? Design material to raise the profile of the Graduate Programme across both internal and external channels. ? Attend campus & networking events and be the ambassador for all activity as well as host networking/attraction events ? Work with the business to continuously improve & drive the graduate development programme & strategy in line with the business direction and focus ? Manage senior stakeholders effectively to collaborate across teams and manage queries effectively and efficiently. ? Provide expertise and guidance, as a centre of excellence for HR, line managers and colleagues on the graduate standards. ? Lead/support on the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring that their experience leading up to and including the first few weeks is as smooth as possible. ? Support the Graduates development, ensuring that they have the necessary support to succeed in the role. ? Coordinate training and development opportunities, gather feedback and help to coordinate their progression into permanent roles ? Manage and engage with the Graduates to keep engagement & motivation throughout the programme by supporting their ongoing training & development needs. Be a "coach" or "mentor" when required. ? Work in collaboration with the R&D team to ensure the programme is in line with all strategic deliverables. To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills: Minimum role criteria: ? Experience of designing and delivering a Graduate programme ? Experience of designing selection material including exercises and interview scripts against job criteria & company values/behaviours and conducting and/or supporting the hiring manager through the end to end process. ? Experience/ understanding of relevant legislation and the impact for Recruitment
