These stunning offices are based in the exciting location of Covent Garden near Waterloo Bridge. You willbe reporting into a highly successful and established team of Recruitment Managers and Directors, this is a unique opportunity to benefit from a thorough initial training programme together with ongoing career development and management development programmesdown the line from leading figures in the industry.

There is huge money to be made with my client

The average earnings are 1st Year OTE: £25,000 - £40,000, 2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000 and 3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000+ (uncapped Commission Structure)

What do you need to be a successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant?
- Ambition

- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Resilience

You must also have a 2.1 degree or above from a top university.

Successful Trainee Recruitment Consultants will be able to show a track record of the above attributes through their University / Sporting / Academic / Working life to date.
