We are looking for a qualified individual to join the Advisory Support team, based in the Norwich office.

**Main Purpose of the Role**:

- To provide back-office administration, as part of a team, supporting the Advisers and Operational Teams.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with Bulk Novation Platform Switches and Direct Client administration cases
- Secure changes updated on the client database
- Generating and updating Fact Finds on the client database
- Arranging and managing the client annual reviews for the advisers
- Creating and distribution of meeting packs to all Advisers and Appointed Representatives (ARs)
- Liaising with Advisers and Paraplanning Team in order to facilitate good services and delivery at all times
- Management and processing of Private Client tax returns ensuring they are filed before the deadline
- Sending of third-party Letter of Authorities and adding the plan information to the back office system whilst communicating with the Paraplanning team to ensure Client Reports meet the expected SLA
- Assisting with the production and distribution of the quarterly statements for clients
- Calling Third party providers to support Clients
- Assisting with the data requirements for financial reporting as required
- Completing CGT Statements
- Create, print, and assemble client meeting packs
- Attend client meetings as chaperones for Trainees
