**SUMMARY**

RealPage (PEX Software Ltd) is a market leading software service provider in Europe. We are looking for an experienced Consultant to join our Front Office Professional Services Team, providing training for a comprehensive understanding of the software services, playing a key part in the implementation process, and providing 1st line and 2nd line support for our customers.

You will work closely with project managers peers, our Account Managers, and our clients, helping to drive and manage deliverables and their expectations throughout the project. Your experience and understanding of Operational and Business Finance aspects will be a key component of your day-to-day contributions.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and gain experience whilst working in a creative environment on interesting projects. Applicants should be educated to an undergraduate level and should ideally have at least five years’ experience in a similar SaaS, ERP, Property Management System, or Real Estate focused environment.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and coordinate tasks according to client implementation project plan and to help ensure target dates are met
- Documenting agreed functionality and processes - often directing change for the clients
- Quality control before software is delivered to the client
- Demonstrating software to client throughout the implementation phase
- Set up and configure software for the client
- Help manage client resources to prevent bottlenecks and be on hand to help them throughout the implementation phase
- Pre-Sales support, via demonstration of the PEX products
- Manage go live expectations and produce progress reports to both clients and the wider team
- Provide product support for the clients
- Identification of potential client requests/works that are outside of contract commitments & deliverables

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Good communication in a multicultural environment including presenting business processes and change management
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build a quick rapport and trust with new and existing customers
- Highly organized
- Ability to understand a problem and priorities tasks
- Strong systems understanding
