Receive cashback for various medical and wellbeing appointments and treatments with our MediCash scheme, as well as the chance to win up to £150 in vouchers every month from our REACH Awards. - **Skills to Care Induction** - All new starters complete 2 separate weeks of classroom based training and a week of shadow shifts to best prepare them for the new role. - **Recommendation Payments** - Earn up to £3,250 by recommending a foster carer or up to £1,000 by recommending a full-time staff member. **What will I do as a Residential Support Worker?** - Using your experience and skills - further developed with our support and training, you will assist with the care of our children and young people. - All of our homes adopt therapeutic practise, giving you the opportunity to develop into a specialist care provider. Training also includes reflective practise to consistently improve the way we care for children. - You will create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times. - You will create timetables, setting boundaries and expectations for the young people. Consistency and organisation skills are key. - You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. **Shift Patterns Available**: - 16:00 - 22:30 or 18:00 - 22:30 - Weekends (08:00 - 22:00) - School run support, Monday to Friday during term time (07:30 - 10:00) Please note that you must have a valid driving licence. **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: £27,405.60-£28,060.80 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Health & wellbeing programme - Referral programme Supplemental pay types: - Bonus scheme Work Location: In person
