**Media Trading Analyst - Programmatic**
Hybrid working 1 day from office per week
As a Digital Media Trading Analyst for this FTSE 100 FMCG business, you’ll have the freedom to shape the media strategy across social for their market-leading brands.
With so much of their success depending on their online effectiveness, yours will be a vital role allowing you to immerse yourself in their digital marketing and media strategies.
**Some of the things we’d like you to do**:
- Work with the campaign manager, brand managers & media teams to shape their digital plans that really deliver.
- Turn strategies into tactics for everything programmatic.
- Set the goals, and then drive optimisations to achieve the goal.
- Explore and test emerging platforms to ensure we stay at the sharp end of digital marketing.
- Effectively plan, activate and manage your designated programmatic/Social campaigns; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
- Take ownership of some elements of the testing plans of your market and suggest new ideas for testing, including planning, executing & evaluating tests with methodical accuracy
- Conduct performance analysis, drive insights and influence paid media decisions on digital, issue identification and solution development.
- Work with the campaign manager & analyst across social in order to ensure smooth cross channel planning and activation.
**A bit about yourself**
**Required**:
- Likely to have experience working on Biddable or Programmatic platforms, or have commensurate experience in digital roles working with other Account Executives / Account Managers
- Experience with planning and running display campaigns on DV360, Amazon DSP & any additional DSP use is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
**Desired**:
- Google AdWords Certification and/or DV360 certification (including Video Certification)
- Experience with running campaigns across multiple countries / languages
- Experience reporting and presenting back to senior stakeholders.
