Role Summary And Impact We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Business Analyst/Consultant to act as a crucial liaison between Choreograph business teams, technology teams and clients. This role is central to the requirements capture, design and implementation of proprietary products and services. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in consulting, workshop facilitation, and process-driven methodologies to help teams deliver against Choreograph and our client's Enterprise Data and Technology strategy. This role will also collaborate extensively with the Partner for Software Engineering and Technology Operations. This is a dynamic blend of consultancy and technical work, demanding a solid understanding of the practical realities involved in specifying, building, and managing globally scalable solutions within WPP, WPP Media, Choreograph, and our diverse client base. Areas of Expertise Ad Tech & MarTech Ecosystems: Deep understanding of advertising and marketing technology landscapes. Software Engineering Approaches: Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and lifecycles. Data Governance & Master Data Management: Expertise in establishing and maintaining data quality, integrity, and compliance. Data Interpretation & Analysis: Ability to derive insights from complex datasets. Global Scalability: Experience in designing and implementing solutions for international deployment. Consulting & Workshop Facilitation: Proven ability to lead and guide stakeholders through complex problem-solving and requirement gathering. Advertising / Marketing / Media Data: In-depth knowledge of data types and structures prevalent in the media industry. The primary responsibilities of this position include: Collaborating with clients and internal teams across global offices to define and design robust requirements for Choreograph's Technology strategy. Leading or actively participating in multiple projects, encompassing documentation, scope management, schedule adjustments, daily priority setting, and ensuring efficient, on-time delivery of tasks and milestones. Following proper escalation paths and effectively managing client and supplier relationships where appropriate. Providing leadership to team members and peers by fostering collaboration, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, identifying and initiating projects, managing resources, driving issue resolution, and holding self and team accountable for results. Proactively identifying and reacting to improvement opportunities within processes and systems. Creating and maintaining project schedules through developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues impacting progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. Managing and meticulously documenting Stakeholder (Choreograph and client) workshops and interviews. Gaining a deep understanding of our client's technology and data strategies, serving as the go-to person for questions from client and client-facing teams regarding strategic initiatives, proprietary product usage, and market trends. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Consultant, with a strong background in requirements capture, design, and implementation of technology solutions. Demonstrable experience in consulting, leading workshops, and implementing process-driven approaches. Solid understanding of the practical realities involved in specifying, building, and managing globally scalable solutions within complex organizational structures (WPP, WPP Media, Choreograph, and clients). Experience working with a range of data tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, WRIKE, Nintex). Strong knowledge of Ad Tech, MarTech, Software Engineering approaches, Data Governance, and Master Data Management. Extensive experience in data interpretation. Experience working effectively with teams across multiple physical locations and time zones. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice To Haves A comprehensive understanding of various data analysis techniques and their practical application within a marketing context. Experience in driving organizational transformation initiatives, guiding teams through significant shifts in technology, process or strategy. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs or materials for new systems, tools, or processes to diverse audiences. Proficiency in creating playbooks or standardized documentation to ensure consistent execution and best practices across teams. Proven experience in change management methodologies, ensuring successful adoption of new solutions and minimizing disruption. Expertise in process design and optimization, including mapping current states, designing future states, and identifying efficiencies. Familiarity with defining and implementing new operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within a dynamic business environment. Understanding of organizational design principles, with the ability to advise on team structures and roles to support strategic objectives.
