We are currently seekingto recruit a Civils Team Leader to support the deployment of full fibre networks across the North West. We would love to hear from you if you have experience of installation work in a telecoms environment.

**Role Specification**:
Reporting to and tasked by the Supervisor locally, you will be employed to carry out Civils activities including, Excavation / Duct lay / Backfill / Reinstatement / Maintenance digs, clear blockages and pole lead-ins in the multiple surface categories tosupport the installation of optical fibre on the City Fibre external network:

- Ensure Operatives in team are compliant in approved working practices
- Set up site in full accordance with NRSWA
- Complete milestone progress reports with supporting photographs
- Ensure all tooling is in good condition and calibrated in date where required
- Complete POWRA (Point of work risk assessments) and maintain visitors log
- Excavate, backfill and manage spoil on site
- Complete cold lay re-instatement in line with Section 72 Standards

**Qualifications**:

- NRSWA Unit 1-4
- Driving licence
