LEV PROPERTIES LIMITED is a company based in Litherland, Liverpool L21. We are a trusted and reputable company dedicated to providing exceptional property management and real estate services. We are looking for an administrative professional to join our team in Liverpool.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Liverpool. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our team. Day-to-day tasks include answering phones, greeting clients, managing schedules and appointments, organizing files, processing invoices and payments, and providing exceptional customer service, working with council and utility companies on licencing ans bills. Reporting to the office manager and directors regulary.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative assistance is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment and support team members as needed
- Experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or degree in related field preferred
- Charging management fee's to clients
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- 2 years experience in a property management back ground
