Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out Industry Sector: Contractors, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Fit-out, Joinery, Refurbishment, Retail Fit-Out, Quantity Surveyor, QS

The role of Quantity Surveyor
- Fit-Out will involve: -Quantity Surveyor position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, warehouse, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
- Working closely with the Project Managers to oversee projects from handover to completion -Monitor and control costs throughout projects
- Identify, track, report and price change as required
- Compile and submit monthly Applications/Valuations to clients in line with contract requirements
- Set-up and manage subcontractor accounts, making payments when due
- Produce monthly financial reports for active projects
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting of works with the Projects Team
- Working on projects ranging in value from £25k
- £5m The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor
- Fit-Outwith
- Must have Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry, ideally fit-out market sector
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes
