**Childrens Support Worker**

**£11.50 - £14.00p/h**

Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting Children’s Support Workers to work on packages with children who have needs such as mental health issues, acquired brain injuries or learning and physical disabilities within their own environment.

Our packages are currently in the Trafford, Altrincham and Manchester areas.

You will be expected to support and encourage them in day to day activities either within their own home or in the community. To be successful in this role, you will need to;
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Have an understanding of conditions such as Autism, developmental delays, physical disabilities and the emotional effects these may have on the child and families.
- Be able to de-escalate challenging situations successfully
- To support the child with any personal care needs they have

To enable Precedo Healthcare to staff these packages we can offer a variety of work patterns and we can offer full or part time hours depending on your availability.

Our pay rates start at £11.50 per hour but can go to £14.00 per hour if you are a driver.
