Tezlom are recruiting for proactive Support Workers to support vulnerable adults with various complex needs to work in specialist services across Manchester and surrounding areas. Tezlom are a leading and expanding Healthcare Recruitment Agency, established in 2008.

**We Require**:

- 3 months UK paid experience in the role of a Support Worker within the last 5 years
- Proof of right to work in the UK

This role is ideal for Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. As a Support Worker you could be working within a variety of different services such as Rehabilitation Units, Mental Health hospitals and supported living accommodations as well as many other services like this. You will be looking after the well-being of your clients and supporting them in their daily lives, enabling the clients to live more independently. You will be supporting adults with a wide range of mental health needs, ranging from hospital and nursing care to residential and supported living environments.

Support Workers assist and encourage vulnerable adults with long-term Mental Health conditions and complex care needs, to live their lives to the fullest and maintain what is important to them. With the role of a Support worker, you may be required to deliver an aspect of personal care suited to the individual’s needs.

Rates of pay for all Support Workers range from £11.20 - £11.55 per hour **(including holiday pay**), with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
