**Territory**: Manchester, Liverpool and surrounds

**Start**: 6 January 2025

Working for Powerforce on our Haier team and alongside the Haier internal Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering interactive and benefit led training sessions to kitchen showroom staff within the defined region. These will be both face to face and through remote/virtual sessions.

Other responsibilities will include maintaining display standards across stores, conducting merchandising activities and ensuring that products are compliant with Haier Smart Home brand guidelines (Candy, Hoover and Haier).

**You will be responsible for**:

- Being a product and brand expert, not only providing knowledge of Haier Smart Home products (especially built-in appliances) but also across the category & market, teaching retail staff how to match products to customer needs
- Motivating & engaging kitchen showroom colleagues with the Haier brand and products with the objective of securing positive recommendations of the range to increase sales
- Coverage of kitchen showroom outlets and regional contacts
- Maximising awareness of the three brands - Candy, Hoover, and Haier
- Ensuring product set up is compliant with the correct point of sale and position/fixtures
- Supporting on branded and trade partner events

**You will have**:

- A** full manual UK driving licence** for at least **12 months**:

- A passion for smart technology and interactive training
- Understanding of the retail operating environment for major domestic appliances
- Able to convey technical information in an easy-to-understand manner whilst adapting training to different learning styles
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Very strong relationship building skills and priding yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service
