A newly created Learning & Development Manager role has arisen working for a successful, award winning commercial business based in South Essex
This role will work closely with all aspects of the business working especially closely with HR and Operations and other senior stakeholders.The role will have ultimate responsibility for all aspects of training, development, succession planning and talentmanagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities will include:

- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisals and regular consultation with departmental managers
- Develop and deliver effective induction programmes
- Lead the training team
- Design individual learning plans in conjunction with managers
- Manage the delivery of Training and & Development programmes
- Develop a measurable understanding of e-learning options, and where relevant, involvement in the creation and/or delivery of tailored e-learning packages
- Build effective relationships with external learning providers or facilitators
- Encourage a learning and development environment throughout the Company
- Development of soft skills for all Supervisors/Managers
Key skills and experience required include:

- Proven experience working within a L&D Management role in a commercial business
- Experience of providing innovative Learning solutions within a contact centre environment
- Experience designing and implementing sales and customer service training programs
- Proven people management experience
- Excellent planning, presentation, time & project management skills
- Full knowledge of Training Needs Analysis
- Full knowledge of the Training Design Process
- Able to motivate and aspire others
- Creative and resourceful
