Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Worcester based Engineering company to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time, permanent basis.

**Reporting to**:Management Accountant

Overview - Experience working in a financial control environment and able to demonstrate understanding of accounting issues.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Entering and matching delivery tickets
- Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing and running BACS payments for purchase ledger and sub-contractors
- Processing staff expenses
- Scanning and documenting invoices
- Liaising with the buying team
- Ensure high level of accuracy of input and coding
- Building strong relations with our suppliers

**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- Relevant experience in a Purchase Ledger role
- AAT qualification would be beneficial
- Knowledge of software packages like Excel, Sage and BACS
- Highly numerate with high degree of accuracy
- High level of capability in math's
- Organised and methodical
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamworking skills
