Graduate Manufacturing Engineer

Are you an engineering graduate looking to kick start your career? Our client has the opportunity for a graduate looking to begin their engineering career to join their Technical team. This role is ideally suited to a recent BEng./MEng. Manufacturing Engineeringgraduate.

Using your technical expertise, recent studies and job knowledge, you’ll be providing high quality support to internal and external customers on a range of technical issues. You’ll have a comprehensive understanding of quality standards and be able to makerational judgements in a timely manner.

You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering a number of projects in tandem, so managing stakeholder expectations, along with the ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines will be essential. Strong planning and analytical skills willhelp you to hit the ground running, and you’ll need to be able to think on your feet and take a proactive approach to new challenges. You’ll lead process improvements, identifying areas of improvement and supporting the implementation of these changes. You’llbuild strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver success and maximise opportunities for the Business.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll create detailed product specifications for internal manufactured or bought out goods, ensuring the wider business and ICT requirements are understood, and support with new product introductions.

Previous experience in a similar role isn’t necessary; you’ll just need to have a real passion for learning and developing yourself in order to flourish. There’s potential for growth within this role, with the trajectory of this graduate role working towardsa Production Engineer or Technical Manager.
