**LEEDS (hybrid - x1-2 a week)**

**£45,000 - £55,000 + benefits**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Customer Analyst to join this leading retailer who provide all amenities for their customers. Being part of their customer strategy as they focus on loyalty and best customer offerings, this role would be perfectfor someone looking to take on a new and exciting challenge where they get to make a difference.

**THE COMPANY**:
This is a well-known retail company with an excellent presence and a huge customer base thus offering a wealth of data for the Senior Customer Analyst to work with. They have recently launched a new loyalty scheme, which will be revolutionary in the industry,so there is plenty of exciting projects to get stuck into, while being part of a hugely successful analytics team.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Senior Customer Analyst, you can expect to work daily with SQL and Python to understand customer behaviour and trends. You'll also be working on other exciting projects, such as:

- Working across customer segments in order to have the best customer contact strategy for personalised campaigns
- Setting up a/b tests to understand the data on customers and building new audiences, and measuring performance
- Conducting analysis in SQL to create a clear customer view, understanding behaviour, like retention and loyalty
- Building and using predictive models with Python to understand customer lifetime value and prevent customer churn
- Communicate data insights in simpler terms with the wider business, as well as manage relations with stakeholders

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

As a Senior Customer Analyst, you will be expected to:

- Have prior experience in a commercial role covering similar things to the responsibilities listed above
- Have experience working with very large customer data sets
- Have excellent technical skills across SQL, R or Python, and preferably some a/b testing experience
- Have a solid understanding of customer analytics, across segmentation, LTV, churn, loyalty, acquisition, retention, etc.
- Be confident in communication with people to present information clearly, using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, stakeholder management

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
- £45,000 - £55,000 base DOE
