This is an opportunity for a Senior CRM Analyst to join a well-known company. You will benefit from interesting projects and stakeholder engagement, as well as excellent training and progression, with opportunities to perform a range of advanced analytics.
**THE COMPANY**
This role is with a leading company in their sector that provides a range of different products and offerings. They take Data and Analytics very seriously, and this year they have invested lots of money into this space by establishing a Data centre of excellence.Therefore, they are data-driven and looking for analytical professionals to join the team.
**THE ROLE**
As the Senior CRM Analyst, you'll be joining the CRM team, and on the day-to-day, you will be:
- Analysing all customer behaviour to better understand the company's customer base and all activity
- Analysing campaign performance and marketing effectiveness for different channels and best targeting of customers
- Drawing insights from data using SQL for manipulation, extraction and analysis to help understand the customer base and business problems
- Working closely with advanced analysts including data scientists to help predict customer behaviour to optimise customer targeting strategies
- Conducting analysis on the customer journey from acquisition through to retention
- Identifying common customer characteristics who are likely to churn to prevent this from occurring
- Generating insight and making recommendations on how/where to invest money to ensure they maximise upsell and retain customers
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
You don't have to tick every box but experience across the following would be beneficial:
- 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R, having utilised it in a commercial role previously
- Proficiency in a data visualisation tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight, customer loyalty, and marketing data
- Experience in analysing data to create optimal pricing strategies
- Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate to tech and non-tech audiences
- Experience in customer segmentation and analytical modelling, including prediction and propensity
