Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, landscaping, plumbing, electrical and any other maintenance jobs required
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

**Skills**:

- Customer service skills for interacting with residents and staff
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Be able to prioritise your workload
- Good time keeping

Essential:

- Must be able to drive
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and sometimes on call

This role offers the opportunity to utilise a diverse skill set in a collaborative environment. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for maintenance work, we encourage you to apply.

The job is for 45+hours per week including weekdays, weekends, evenings and sometimes on call.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
