**Role Overview**
We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join our passionate and driven team based at our Vicon House.
To be part of a forward-thinking HR team which provides an expert telephony and operational advisory service. Coaching and supporting managers with HR issues and ER casework across various sectors of our business. Responsibility for supporting divisionsacross the business as well as leading the team of HR Advisors to deliver an excellent service provision to the business through effective coaching and leadership which supports the business requirements and objectives with a commercial and best practice approachdelivering the right outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working as part of the HR Advisory Team reporting to respective HR Business Partner(s) working in collaboration with HR Support team and other Group functions, including all levels of Operational Management.
- Own sector responsibilities in relation to the Retail / CPS sector working closely with the HRBP for this area.
- Working operationally aiding delivery of change management, projects involving restructure/redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
- Providing generalist HR support by coaching managers of colleagues on policies and procedures; ensuring consistency across sectors in disciplinary, grievance, performance management, recruitment, selection procedures, and employment tribunals.
- Supporting the delivery and facilitation of HR Workshops and facilitation of the Company Corporate Induction and offsite training sessions when required
- Understanding business needs around commercial awareness, building and maintaining strong relationships, influencing how we can approach employee relation matters from a commercial perspective as well as supporting with risk mitigation.
- Leading and contributing to HR projects.
- Contributing to HR initiatives and strategies to address challenges and identify opportunities to improve.
- Monitoring long term absence for a designated case load; submitting and managing occupational health referrals; Supporting management and colleagues through the long term sick cycle.
- Keeping up to date and maintaining employment law knowledge and the changes to legislation.
- Supporting the communication of changes to processes, policies and procedures, including consistency and driving of standards which are expected.
- Working in partnership with the HRBPs and People Directors, to ensure continuous improvement of service and processes to support the business growth.
- Ability to collaborate with the wider People Services Team and have an open mind to support continuous improvement of our processes and procedures which support the whole employee lifecycle, including consistency and driving standards expected.
- Embrace and be a strong advocator of change.
- In collaboration with the HR Team, monitor, interpret and implement all new and revised legislation relating to our policies and procedures ensuring that significant changes are communicated appropriately.
- Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal to be actioned and/or acknowledged and the appropriate member of Senior Management notified within 24 hours. All non-statutory and legal costs/settlements to be approved by Divisional Managing Director and CEOwhere required
- Acknowledging and providing advice on employee relations queries within 24 hours of receipt.
- TUPE process is conducted in line with the TUPE (Protection of Employment) Regulations (2014).
- Redundancy and formal consultations are conducted in line with ACAS guidelines.
- Disciplinary, grievance and appeal outcomes are completed within 7 calendar days.
- Paid suspensions are kept to a minimum and below 7 calendar days.
- Attend operational & HR meetings.
- Regularly updating and maintaining cases on the HR casework log and our external portal ‘ESPHR, In House Matters’ including all Tribunal actions within 5 working days, ensuring the information is up to date and accurate
