**Where will you be working?**

Our Rail team manages a wide range of specialist rail engineering works and projects delivering civils, track, power, electrical solutions and station structures across all rail routes in the UK.

**What** will you** be doing**?**
- Supporting the Office Management and wider team
- You'll organise meetings, attend and take minutes
- Good use of Excel and Microsoft Programmes
- Use of Client Programmes - Including Estimation of time
- Arrange and Book Traffic Management / Possessions - Keep track of upcoming traffic management / Possessions
- File documents for the team
- Upload Data to Site Tracker

- Highly organised and able to work well to deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt well to new software systems
- Work well within a team and equally enjoy working autonomously
- Good communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
