**Hardware Asset Officer - Government, Public Sector**

**Hybrid Working / Westminster - £138.24 Per Day - 6 months initially, Inside IR35**

Joining a prestigious team, supporting Central Government Departments, we need the services of an experience Hardware Asset Management Officer.

The Hardware Asset Management Team is responsible for strategic and operational delivery of the digital service’s collection of provisioning services. The HAM team focuses on of IT equipment to all of its members of staff both in office or working from home. This will include liaising closely with VIPs, in a fast-paced environment, striving to maintain the excellent customer services reputation, the team has.
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to handle customers
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT in general and experience dealing with invoices, purchase orders, credit notes etc.
- Excellent attention to detail. Able to accurately record complex data in large data sets, produce reports and spot mistakes. Use of Microsoft productivity tools on a day-to-day basis including Excel to an intermediate level (or have the aptitude to learn to this level).
- Ability to work successfully across multiple teams, working with a wide range of colleagues whilst upholding the values of equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Flexible and resilient, with the ability to think on your feet and quickly adapt to change.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £138.24 per day
