We are looking for a Europe Parts Sales Director, that can be based anywhere in Europe close to an Emerson office, who will be responsible for the Flow Controls parts sales strategy and bookings growth in Europe. Reporting to the Flow Controls Sales Director, you will own the development and execution of strategies resulting in profitable growth.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Lead and set the sales and commercials strategies for Europe in order to achieve or exceed the European Parts bookings targets, increase the parts hit rate, improve customer relationships and optimize sales channel value proposition.
- Provide market intelligence and drive the Business Unit to optimize and launch new initiatives to make a step change with Parts business and drive competitive advantage for parts business.
- Drive the country sales companies, Approved Service Providers, country service organization, to correctly implement Parts initiatives and the expected results across Europe.
- Pro-actively work hand-by-hand with the Global Parts Product Business Unit to ensure overall strategy alignment to meet European customer’s expectations for parts business
- Business Unit SOP/POR responsibilities for parts across overall European territory.
- Develop complete market intelligence: Understand market, customers and competitor’s parts opportunities and behaviors.
- Set-up the win/loss analysis and implement the corrective actions to improve hit rate and penetration on key accounts, with particular focus on critical sites.
- Collaborate with Parts quotation and follow-up team to continuously improve hit rate as well as with operation to drive correct Parts fulfillment models implementation. Direct follow-up with customers could be needed for large and key quotations.
- Develop/collaborate/manage the full parts sales channels (Sales Countries, Approved Service Providers, FCV Service, Online, traders), drive countries booking targets, KPIs and implement parts initiatives in each country.
- Perform regular customers visits to drive sales within key customers, support sales channels and promote Flow Controls Valves parts value proposition to in the field.
- Ensure parts sales results, plans and activities are achieved, coordinated and implemented within sales channel and in countries.
- Build positive relationships with customers and sales channel that will generate future sales and repeatitive business.
- Deliver parts sales and commercial trainings to customers (internal and external) as required.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED**:

- Strong experience in sales leadership (5+ years)
- Knowledge of the industry & applicable regulations
- A proven record in managing and directing remote teams effectively
- Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can effectively work with all levels of a global workforce
- Proficient in English language, other languages would be an advantage
- Travel up to 50%
