An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Band 5 Children’s Speech and Language Therapists within our Children’s Therapy team in Lincolnshire.

Both posts involve working with children aged 0-19 with a wide variety of speech, language and communication difficulties in community clinics and schools.

Within these roles, you will have opportunities to; assess and diagnose children with speech/language/communication needs, plan and deliver therapy, empower parents/carers and professionals to support children with SLCN, as well as carry out peer social communication assessment clinics as part of our new Autism Diagnostic Pathway. You can also expect to receive weekly dedicated CPD time alongside the rest of the speech and language therapy team.

Our team provides a countywide service to children in Lincolnshire. The team works in a range of settings and you will deliver services in a variety of environments including mainstream schools, special schools and clinics. The service utilises virtual appointments to increase accessibility and availability of appointments to families. Lincolnshire is a large county with lots of areas that may not be accessible by public transport.
