Corby of Windsor is a well-established brand in the hospitality industry and you can find our guest room products in hotels all over the world.

There is a huge opportunity within our industry at the moment in Europe and we would like to maximise on this by increasing our presence here. We are looking to bring on a Business Development Manager to help us achieve this by opening up new markets andpartnerships by identifying, approaching and working with distributors.

We are specified with some of the world’s largest hotel chains and our aim is to have our products in as many hotel rooms as possible. The range of variety within the role is just one of the exciting reasons to join our team.

The role of European Business Development Manager:

- Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, key partners and hotel chains.
- Generate leads and prospect new customers by seeking out the appropriate contact in the organisation to convert new business.
- Attending international conferences and meetings to identify key partners within a market to ensure we have the ideal partnership for the territory
- Working strategically to support new partners to promote our products in their market effectively to maximise opportunities
- Become a market expert within our industry to ensure our strategy is correct and tailoring it where necessary
- New product opportunity feedback
- Keeping the business up to date on any developments and changes to legislation in the hospitality market that relates to the products or services we supply

Requirements of the European Business Development Manager:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent literacy and numerous skills
- Ability to work within a structured sales process
- Ability to be an effective team player and cooperate well with different departments
- Good computer and IT skills
- Willingness and ability to travel within Europe
- UK driving licence and ability to drive in Europe
