**People & Culture Coordinator (6 month fixed term contract)**

Role Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting the Wellbeing & Engagement Manager, Head of Inclusion and Diversity and Head of Performance & Talent, to deliver an exceptional employee experience at Greene King. The People & Culture Coordinator will play an active part in key business initiatives and improvements. They will provide administrative and project support to the three workstreams, whilst also ensuring a connection between the three. This is a development role with succession opportunities within the People and Culture team.

Key Accountabilities
- Providing administrative support to the three workstreams: Wellbeing & Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity and Performance & Talent
- Managing and manipulating data to create insights and reports
- Supporting the implementation and running of multiple projects by the three workstreams.
- Creating digital assets to support People & Culture campaigns
- Help coordinate the annual engagement and pulse survey plans
- Administer the WTW survey platform - setting up surveys and the reporting configurations
- Owning the Engagement inbox and providing 1st line support
- Help administer the data loads from core HR system to the WTW survey platform where necessary
- Support and delivery of effective strategic projects and HR services across all elements of the employee lifecycle.
- Facilitating team development activities, staff learning programs, coaching and goal setting activities
- Championing the values of the company with ongoing guidance and support to all team members.
- Facilitating and advocating in HR matters while balancing internal and external relationships.
- Providing advice towards People & Culture policy development, implementation, and compliance across all areas of the business and provide regular reports, data and statistics

Person Specification
- Ownership of tasks, own development and awareness of goals and requirements
- Prioritisation - managing own and others workload taking accountability and responsibility for completion

- Issue & conflict resolution - take in information quickly and accurately and work within process guidelines to propose solutions to problems.
- Positivity - Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand
- Communication - clear, simple, unambiguous and well-structured verbal and written communication, and to have confidence in dealing with all areas and levels within our business.
- People management
- Adaptability - adopt appropriate approach to suit different situations and differing audiences
- Experience of HR
- Good level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent grade, A-C including English language and Maths
- CIPD or studying towards gaining the qualification, not essential though
- Advanced level of IT literacy with Excel, database administration, Word and preferably PowerPoint and Visio
- Some travel around the UK will be required
