**Red Bull UK are currently recruiting for a Consumer Relations Specialist to join our communications team based in London, UK.**:

- This is a fundamental role within the business and will take responsibility for creating a positive consumer experience with the brand. The Consumer Relations Specialist will take responsibility for complaints handling procedures, processes and reporting in order to deliver an excellent consumer experience. The Consumer Relations Specialist is tasked with fostering collaboration across the wider business to ensure timely and personalised responses to consumer queries. Furthermore, they will have a direct relationship with the Global Product Marketing & Consumer Activation Manager to align on strategy and to take best practice learnings from other international markets to better shape UK activity. The Consumer Relations Specialist is responsible for managing a vital point of communication between the general public and Red Bull.

Expand allConsumer Communications

Ensure timely response to consumer inquiries. Define the right principles for reply management in terms of process efficiency, messaging quality and escalation scenarios.Support & manage internal communication through our Internal Social Channel(s).Product and Brand Assests

Curate Product and Brand assets for up leveled and personalised engagements (and logistics). Improve workflows with key business stakeholders.Red Bull AI

Work closely with the headquarters team to optimise Red Bull AI (Chatbot Assistant).KPIs and Targets

Set and track weekly engagement and impact targets. Maintain and improve KPIs.Reports and Analysis

Generate monthly report and analysis of consumer relations performance and consumer reactions.
- EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrable experience in communications, marketing, consumer relations (1-2 years preferred)
- Analytical and creative thinker with an enthusiasm for consumer experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage with people from a range of backgrounds
- Experience of working with different business stakeholders
- Creative, organised, driven and results orientated
- We value experience over formal education.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Travel 10%
