**Head of Information Security - Successful Law Firm - up to £110k + benefits - London / Hybrid Working**

We’re looking for an **Information Security specialist,**with extensive experience in a similar role within a professional services environment and CISSP or CISM certification, to join a successful London Law Firm as their **Head of Information Security.**

- Responsibility for managing the company’s ISO, Cyber Essentials and GDPR compliance
- Managing on-going information security risk assessment programmes
- 5+ years relevant experience needed
- CISSP or CISM certified
- An ISO 27001 lead auditor accreditation advantageous
- Project Management certification (Prince2 etc) highly beneficial

**Key responsibilities as the Head of Information Security will include**:

- Developing and continuously improving the company’s information security strategy (with the IT Director and ISC)
- Maintaining certification and continuously improving the company’s Integrated Management System (ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 9001)
- Maintaining certification and continuously improving the company’s Cyber Essential Plus programme
- Ensuring on-going compliance with the UK GDPR Regulation in conjunction with the company’s Data Protection Officer
- Developing and managing the BC/DR programmes in line with ISO 22301
- Managing and delivering a successful internal IMS audit programme
- Managing the Information Security team and key suppliers
- Chairing Information Security committee meetings and updating and advising management as required
- Reviewing and updating Information Security policies and guidance
- And much more

**What we’re looking for**:

- Extensive experience in a similar Head of Information Security role within a legal or professional services environment
- CISSP or CISM certified
- An ISO 27001 lead auditor accreditation is highly advantageous
- Project Management certification (Prince2 etc) would be beneficial
- Solid understanding of the regulatory framework constituted by the Data Protection Act, the GDPR and SRA Guidelines and others
- Ability to balance Information Security needs with business priorities
- Proven record of project delivery
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communicator
