**Role overview**:
To be responsible for all administration to ensure Hill processes are followed from reservation through to completion
To be responsible for the Customer Journey process and its administration
To assist the Sales Progression Manager to ensure plot sales are progressed from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completions are in line with the company’s forecasted sales targets
To be responsible for training the Sales Executives and Sales Agents on the Company processes & procedures
To assist the international team with sales tracking & progression
**Role Scope**:
- Supporting the sales teams through administration and co-ordination of activities
**Delivery**
- Deal with all purchaser enquiries via the phone and HR website
- Manage database of enquires prior to launch
- Preparation of sales information for release to on-site sales team prior to launch
- Upkeep of sales data
- Responsible for all sales administration
- Main point of contact for sales executives, estate agents, solicitors and brokers to after a plot has been reserved
- Manage Sales Executives to progress each plot through to exchange and completion
- Collate and report each week on all reserved plots legal and financial progression to exchange
- Liaise with construction team regarding build completion dates and issue monthly build update letters to each customer
- Collate handover documents
- Assist and coordinate the sales office and show home closing down procedure
- Updating all sales data on the sales systems
- Issue weekly and monthly sales reports
**People Management**
- Liaise with on-site sales teams, sales management team, customer care, site teams and other roles within Hill
- Liaise with solicitors, brokers, estate agents
- Help/support the Sales Progression Manger
**Success Measures**:
- To actively focus on self-development and promote the continuous development of selling and sales management skills
- Attendance on Company training courses throughout the year as and when advised
- Assist with achieving exchange of contracts within 28 days.
- Coordinate the sales function from initial enquiries on coming soon sites, through to the close down of sites after the last conveyance.
- Assist with the setting up of new sales offices.
- Manage new enquiries on coming soon sites before handing over to sales executive or agent prelaunch
- Achieve reservations, exchanges of contracts and legal completions in line with sales targets.
- Audit sales and marketing procedures and the customer journey (sales responsibilities)
- Assist with the delivery of the Hill Customer Journey in line with the company procedure manual to ensure the NHBC / HBF Five Star customer satisfaction award is achieved.
- Full use and working practise of our sales CRM systems.
- Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames

- Report weekly sales, progression, conveyances v Company Targets.
**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:
- Educated to A Level standard
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the local housing market
- Understands the sales and marketing process in housebuilding
- Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Anti-Money Laundering process
- Aware of a positive health and safety culture requires for the workforce and for potential customers
- Be able to demonstrate excellent customer relations skills
- Can communicate confidently with members of the team, customers, all internal departments and outside agencies
- Demonstrate an understanding of the conveyancing process
- Ability to report weekly sales, progression, conveyances v Company Targets.
- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience of using a sales IT system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience of effectively liaising with IFAs and Solicitors
- Proactive and positive attitude
