We’re looking for a passionate Travelling Cook to join our friendly and dedicated Facilities Management catering team. You’ll be preparing and serving tasty, nutritious, home-cooked meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients across schools in the Newcastle and Sunderland.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Preparing, cooking, and serving healthy meals to pupils and staff
- Leading and supporting kitchen teams to deliver a high-quality service
- Setting up and clearing the dining area
- Washing up and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Managing kitchen operations including:

- Supervising staff
- Ordering food and supplies
- Stock control
- Basic admin tasks

**About You**:

- Reliable, dependable, and passionate about healthy food
- Enjoy working with children and young people
- Flexible and happy to travel between schools as needed
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (business insurance required)
