We are looking for someone who is an experienced receptionist and is passionate about delivering high quality and efficient adult community services. The post holder will be part of the reception service across West Hertfordshire.

You will need to demonstrate effective leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills.

The role involves working closely with patients, members of the public, healthcare professionals and corporate teams such as estates. As such you will be required to have excellent communication skills and be confident to work using your own initiative as well as being an excellent team player.

A car driver and owner are essential to this role as you will cover 3 CLCH sites across West Hertfordshire.

This is a full time position - 5 days per week.

- The post holder will provide coordinate and provide a comprehensive and high quality reception service at CLCH sites across West Hertfordshire. This includes, Potters Bar Community Hospital, Elstree Way Clinic and Harpenden Memorial Hospital.
- The post holder will provide cover across the 2 sites to meet service needs.
- The post holder will ensure that reception areas are fully operational during operational hours.
- To establish, organise and co-ordinate all systems relating to the administration of reception service.
