**Job Title: Temporary Receptionist**
**Salary: £10.50 per hour
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Contract: Temporary**
**Hours: 08.30am - 5pm**
***COMPANY PROFILE**:
Our construction client are looking for a friendly receptionist to cover their busy reception desk for a few dates over the coming months. If you enjoy the flexibility of temporary work and you are available for the following dates please send us your CV.
Dates required are: 17,18,28,29 November and 8 and 9 December.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- You will polite, courteous and well mannered and consider yourself to be a people person
- You will be computer literate and be able to answer telephone calls and help with queries
- You will be available for all of the following dates
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service based role or reception before
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handling incoming calls - answering queries and transferring calls to relevant team
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Handling post
- Booking meeting rooms
**COMPANY BENEFITS**
