We have a great opportunity in our Logistics team for a Warehouse Operative, to undertake all warehouse duties required to ensure that all product is receipted, stored and dispatched in the correct manner and at the correct time in order to meet our customer service levels in line with all required procedures/processes. The position is Monday-Friday 7.30am-4.00pm and is a FTC for 3 months.
Here are some of the key elements of the role:

- To ensure that all Warehouse duties are conducted to ensure they provide the highest customer service in terms of general dealings with the customer and delivery performance in order to contribute in a positive manner to the overall customer experience.
- To action all duties in a cost conscious way whilst minimising waste.
- Ensure that all product quality/integrity is being protected.
- Assist with the implementation of an inventory location programme eg physical location at KUK dependent on frequency of usage etc and then deliver the programme.
- Ensure that product leaving KUK is dispatched in optimum condition with all correct paperwork, via pre-approved hauliers, in line with delivery instructions and Company procedures.
- To assist in the stock take processes.
- be able to show the ability to act on their own initiative, whilst being a positive team member with a flexible approach
- have good communication and interpersonal skills
- have effective time management and prioritisation skills
- understand as Warehouse Operative your work is critical to the success of the warehouse department, so you need to be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
