**DESIGN COORDINATOR’S POSITION**

**Design Coordinator** to join our design team and manage your own design programme.

**Areas of the job involve**:
Managing and taking ownership of a Design project programme-
- Coordinating the Administration, Electrical and Civil design teams-
- Working with clients being a first point of contact into the Design Department-
- Arrange client meetings and record any actions on a tracker-
- Managing a database of clients, documents and drawings-
- Liaising with Procurement, the Project Management teams and external companies-
- Running weekly reports**Here’s what we need from you**:
Strong coordination skills-
- Strong Microsoft and IT skills-
- To be professional and organised-
- Customer Service experience-
- A key team player, whilst being able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously-
- An ability to juggle multiple requests and demands, and to prioritise accordingly-
- To be able to work well under pressure-
- To be able to work to strict deadlines**Desirable Skills**:
Previously working in the Construction Industry-
