**Position Objective**
To provide professional support to Kennedys Law LLP, ensuring the successful delivery of services to end users
To support the Information Team, and in particular the Senior Information Officer (Resource Management) in the delivery of the following services:
- Digital resource management;
- Hard copy acquisition and management;
- Training materials for information resources and processes;
- Contributing to the promotion and development of the service;
- The day-to-day administration and management of information resources;
- Entry level business and legal enquiries;
- Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of processes
- Support the sharing of knowledge and cross-skilling within the team
**Client Service Objectives**
- Consistently deliver high quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication and client service orientation
- Assist in identifying and implementing ways to develop and deliver products and services to meet client objectives and Integreon business needs
- Identify and implement process improvements that maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in identifying and executing ways to develop and enhance relationships with clients
**Position Expectations**
Collections management/administration: Undertake collections management duties, including overseeing and working with colleagues overseas, to facilitate:
- Procurement of journals, books and looseleafs - print and electronic
- Liaising with clients regarding orders
- Processing of new books (cataloguing and updating LMS)
- Journal administration
- Updating client systems
- Reviewing new publications list
- Administrative support around renewal of materials
- Provide data to support electronic resource renewal/adoption
- Password administration
- Arranging for article copy requests to be provided
- Schedule for physical library management (including admin support for client satellite collections, distribution of new materials, liaising with client post room)
- Providing admin support for budgeting work where required
**Enquiries**
Entry level enquiries including passwords, articles, company information and Land Registry searches, with scope for progressing to research enquiries
**Joiners and Leavers**
- Supporting end to end joiners and leavers process, including updating of system access
- Working with colleagues overseas to train them to support on these processes.
**Intranet / systems management**
- Updating client intranet pages and regular posts
- Editing, reviewing and updating other client systems
**Training administration, including**:
- Tracking requests
- Updating central training records
- Booking training sessions with clients and suppliers
**Wider service support**
- Supporting resource related enquiries and information requests;
- Tracking, processing and reporting of invoices
- Tracking trends / management information in resource usage;
- Assisting with current awareness administration and appropriate updating of content aggregator (Manzama)

**Previous Experience**
- Previous experience in an information services or related role, preferably in the professional service sector.
- Experience of organising information and updating electronic records
- Experience of updating / using knowledge systems
- Familiarity with key electronic and print resources used in legal sector
**Professional/Educational Qualification**
- Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience in Information Management or Related Subject Area
- Good IT skills - especially relating to Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience of Library Management System
- Good level of numeracy
**Reports To**:
Senior Information Officer (Resource Management)
**Hours of Work**:
Core operational hours are expected to be between 9.00am to 5.30pm
**Location**:
UK based - with some need to travel to client offices
This will be location specified in contract of employment, but there is flexibility to also support home-working
