**This is the job**:
As a **Product Designer, **you will work in collaboration with product managers and engineers to iteratively design a user experience in our web products and apps that deepen customer engagement and reduce friction.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Design solutions (from wireframe, prototypes, interaction flows to user interface)
- Set a vision for the user experience and collaborate with others to research and prototype concepts
- Take an active role in quality assurance of designs developed
- Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate over your designs
- Collaborate on the development of new products and our brands.

**What do I need?**:
**Capability, Knowledge and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience of product design or UX and UI design
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
- Be creative in your input of ideas for features and improvements
- Have a fluency with visual and interaction design tools, including prototyping (such as Figma or Sketch, Invision, Framer etc.)
- Be experienced in usability testing, A/B testing, and other testing methodologies

**Desirable**:

- Exposure to React and / or React Native
- Exposure to Material UI / Material Design
- An understanding of HTML/CSS
