Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a first of its kind Youth Clinic, as they deliver therapy lead care for Adolescents presenting with Mental Health and other complexities.
Situated on a fantastic Grade 2 Listed Building surround by 20 acres of gardens and woodland, the service will be delivering the highest standard of care to Adolescents between the ages of 14 to 18 on a fantastic 10 week stepped programme.

If you are interested in delivering genuinely person-centred, teen led care as part of a vibrant enthusiastic and supportive team then they can offer a rewarding opportunity to extend your skills and develop your career. Within the role you will be a key part of the care of the users delivering the well-defined care plans.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working within a Mental Health therapy environment - Preferably with Children but not essential
- Understanding of assessment and intervention skills within a relevant environment
- Proactive, positive and desire to work in an Adolescent setting
- Good Communication, written and computer skillset
- Clear DBS
- Full driving license and vehicle

Location

Based in the Centre of Hampshire, the service is commutable from Amesbury, Salisbury, Winchester, Salisbury, Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Bath, Swindon, Tidworth as well as most of Hampshire.

Salary and Benefits
Fantastic salary between £35,000 - £38,000 Dependant on experience
