An SEN provision in Winchester is seeking passionate support assistants who can provide support for their young people with SEN, aged 11-16. The young people's needs vary and may include Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties and associatedbehavioural difficulties.

Class sizes are small, generally between 4-7 students per class with learning led by a teacher and supported by an appropriate number of teaching assistants reflecting the individual needs and abilities of the group. You may also be asked to support studentson a 1:1 basis, you could be placed anywhere from KS3 - KS4, dependent upon your previous experience, abilities, and skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
