We are looking for a polite, confident and very well organised individual to join our small family-owned business in Ouseburn, Newcastle.
The pay will differ depending on age - national rate of pay will be given.
All training will be given
**Job Description**:
Answering the phone
Speaking to Clients and dealing with queries
Booking digital appointments
Accepting orders - informing clients if orders are not available
Receiving deliveries and dealing with returns
Essential to have a computer background - experience with excel and Word
Assisting office manager
Filing
Cross referencing Data
Face Book, Instagram experience
