**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for a Food Services Coordinator for our on-site restaurant in Woking, Surrey, UK. Reporting to the Facilities and Events Manager the main purpose of this job is to coordinate the day-to-day running of the staff restaurant and hospitality.

**Person Specification**:
**Essential**:

- Knowledge of food and its service.
- Experience of working within a Catering and Hospitality environment.
- Must be flexible as hours will change according to restaurant demand and event bookings.
- Neat and tidy appearance.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- Confident and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills for a variety of situations.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail & the ability to work professionally under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Basic IT literacy - including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- An appreciation of customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and clear down restaurant area for breakfast and lunch service.
- Top up and clean coffee machines and water dispensers and drinks fridge ie - tea/coffee and confectionary.
- Deliver and collect refreshments and lunch to meeting rooms where required.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service in line with client expectations.
- Ensure kitchen and restaurant service area are kept clean, tidy and safe. Notify Facilities and Events Manager of any equipment or maintenance issues.
- Ensure the appropriate health and safety regulations are strictly observed and the appropriate cleaning and temperature records are kept.
- Communicate any feedback from customers daily
- Assisting in basic food and salad preparation.
- Responsible for preparing orders placed on the on the online ordering system
- Responsibility for i-zettle payments and weekly food orders in the absence of the Facilities and Events Manager.
- To carry out other duties within the scope of the post, as directed by the Facilities and Events Manager.

**Job Details**:
**Job Type**: Part-time, Zero hours contract, hourly rate dependant on experience
