**Your team**

The EMEA equities trading team is part of Invesco’s Global Capital Markets Team which consists of over 100 professionals. This global framework ensures excellence in technology, governance and trading analysis while the dedicated execution organisation by region optimises outcomes for clients. Based in Henley, the trading team receives orders from Investment teams based all over the world and has an average annual turnover of approximately U$80bn (over 100,000 trades).

**Your role**
To support the EMEA Equities Trading Team in a general capacity but with a particular focus on quantitative trading.

You will work with the traders on day-2-day tasks including data collection, reporting and analysis. The Junior Trader will monitor best execution process and maintain up to date knowledge of market microstructure and potential impact on trading. You will work with technology to enhance trading systems and workflows and execute single stock & program trades as guided by the Senior Traders.
